Job Summary
Monitor multiple screens in a Global Security Operations Center environment to detect, analyze, and alert on incidents impacting client people, property, or brand. Investigate alarms by coordinating security patrols or notifying Fire and Police services as needed. Respond to critical situations with problem-solving skills while assisting employees with safety and security concerns. Provide customer service by executing site-specific policies and emergency response activities. Support travel safety for company personnel across commercial, healthcare, and government sectors. Work Tuesday through Saturday swing shifts from 1400 to 2230 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active CA Guard Card
- Security experience of 1 or more years
- Intermediate to advanced technology skills
- Level 1 Certificate (Power to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force Certificate)
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or five (5) years of verifiable experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Valid driver's license
