Job Summary
GSOC Manager to lead and mentor the Global Security Operations Center serving high-profile clients and protective programs. Responsibilities include overseeing GSOC personnel and security technology platforms, incident management, SOP/post-order development, risk assessments, reporting, staff training, and ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance. The role requires managing multiple properties and programs, coordinating with clients, vendors, and emergency services, and driving continuous improvement through metrics and executive dashboards. Desired experience includes security operations leadership, experience with CCTV/access control/alarms, SOP development, client-facing communication, and a Florida security license; a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, or related field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, or related field
- Florida Class D Security License
- Minimum 5+ years of security operations/GSOC experience
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in security operations
- Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, and incident management platforms
- Experience developing SOPs and security program improvements
- Bachelor's degree preference confirmed in description (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with clients and executives
- Experience with security metrics and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
