Job Summary
Operate within a Global Security Operations Center to investigate alarms, coordinate responses with patrols and emergency services as needed, monitor multiple security systems, and generate incident and performance reports. Communicate advisories and maintain safety-related documentation, while supporting overtime needs and ongoing system learning in a high-tech environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, background check and drug/alcohol test, and an associate degree or 2+ years in Military/Law Enforcement/Government/Corporate Security. Strong customer service, written/spoken English, multitasking ability, teamwork, and proficiency with Windows and Office Suite are essential; willingness to work all shifts with overtime as needed. Preferred qualifications include prior GSOC experience and a bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age
- Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Associate’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, Corporate Security
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, at times stressed work environment
- Strong team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
