Job Summary
Monitor global events, assess their impact on a high-profile customer, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Receive assistance calls from employees worldwide, respond appropriately, and participate in crisis mitigation and after-action reporting. Complete risk and intelligence-driven reports, monitor supply chain asset risks, and oversee Global Security platform health, access control, and CCTV systems. Serve as the communications hub for the Global Security department while collaborating with security guard forces and business partners to meet operational goals. Execute incident recognition, emergency response, and product security functions under a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GSOC fusion-center, or intelligence/investigative experience. Military, law enforcement, or emergency operations center.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field and prior experience in a GSOC, security operations, intelligence analysis, or risk monitoring role at a technology site.
- A collaborative, resilient, and team-oriented approach and familiarity with global security threats, including crime, protests, geopolitical instability, natural disasters, and targeted violence.
- Have demonstrated OSINT research and source-verification discipline.
- Are comfortable owning cases end to end and writing facts-based assessments with explicit threat determinations
- Exercise sound escalation judgment under ambiguity and willing to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule (Monday–Friday coverage)
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful security experience
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in auxiliary police or police cadets
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in a related field (e.g., Emergency Management, Communications, Information Technology, Political Sciences)
- Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Ability to communicate at an executive level, both written and orally, through superior communication skills
- Ability to make decisions, multi-task, and operate within high stress situations, often under time constraints
- Possess working knowledge of current global events and global geography/cultures
- Ability to analyze and think critically, sometimes under ambiguous circumstances
- Ability to follow written policy/procedures
- Solid computer knowledge and skills, experience working with complex platforms
- Equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively
- Self-motivated, highly responsive, and proactive, able to own tasks from start to finish
