Job Summary
Monitor global events, assess impacts on high-profile customers, and communicate risks regarding supply chain assets and security platforms. Respond to worldwide assistance calls, execute incident recognition and escalation, and complete risk-driven reports for stakeholders. Provide support during crisis mitigation, after-action reporting, and mass notifications while collaborating with security guards to meet operational goals. Execute end-to-end case ownership with OSINT research and source verification to deliver facts-based assessments. Work a rotating 24/7 Monday–Friday schedule supporting Global Security Management and business function leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GSOC fusion-center, or intelligence/investigative experience. Military, law enforcement, or emergency operations center.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field and prior experience in a GSOC, security operations, intelligence analysis, or risk monitoring role at a technology site.
- A collaborative, resilient, and team-oriented approach and familiarity with global security threats, including crime, protests, geopolitical instability, natural disasters, and targeted violence.
- Have demonstrated OSINT research and source-verification discipline.
- Are comfortable owning cases end to end and writing facts-based assessments with explicit threat determinations
- Exercise sound escalation judgment under ambiguity and willing to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule (Monday–Friday coverage)
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful security experience
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in auxiliary police or police cadets
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in a related field (e.g., Emergency Management, Communications, Information Technology, Political Sciences)
- Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Ability to communicate at an executive level, both written and orally, through superior communication skills
- Ability to make decisions, multi-task, and operate within high stress situations, often under time constraints
- Possess working knowledge of current global events and global geography/cultures
- Ability to analyze and think critically, sometimes under ambiguous circumstances
- Ability to follow written policy/procedures
- Solid computer knowledge and skills, experience working with complex platforms
- Equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively
- Self-motivated, highly responsive, and proactive, able to own tasks from start to finish
