Job Summary
Monitor global security operations by tracking communications channels, access controls, and camera feeds while responding to alarms and crisis requests. Serve as the communications hub for worldwide high-risk operations by answering assistance requests, gathering intelligence from vendor feeds, and compiling situational reports for stakeholders. Execute traveler safety protocols by monitoring locations, conducting welfare checks, and sending mass emergency notifications. Log incidents and data streams to support trend analysis and business continuity planning. This onsite role requires rotating shifts including overnights, weekends, and holidays, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of equivalent experience
- Strong professional writing and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and comfortable with independent outreach to management and stakeholders
- Ability to make decisions, multi-task, and operate within high-stress situations, often under time constraints
- Experience aggregating and analyzing information in emergency situations
- Working knowledge of current global events and geography
- Ability to analyze and think critically, sometimes under ambiguous circumstances
- Strong computer skills; experience with complex platforms and strong understanding of social media and communications platforms
- Strong team player with willingness to assist with overtime when needed
- Full schedule flexibility
- Available for all shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Prior GSOC and/or military experience
- Degree in political science, international relations, or national security
- Open-source intelligence (OSINT) gathering background
