Job Summary

Monitor global security, geopolitical, and operational risks by analyzing open-source intelligence, social media, and client-specific tools to identify threats to personnel, assets, and supply chains. Collect and validate intelligence while assessing credibility, then draft concise notifications and conduct detailed written and verbal situation briefings for executive decision-makers. Collaborate with cross-functional security professionals to support incident response efforts and escalate critical threats, specifically within pharmaceutical supply chains, manufacturing sites, and logistics routes. Work the day shift on a 4x10 schedule covering Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Communicate directly with senior security management regarding employee welfare, global incidents, and operational issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (international relations, international security, political science, journalism, regional studies, etc.)
  • 1-3 years of experience in government, corporate security or a similar role
  • Experience working with global risk intelligence and incident response software
  • Experience with emergency mass notification systems
  • Experience with travel risk management software platforms
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment such as government or corporate global security operations center, emergency operations center or a major urban area fusion center
  • Experience evaluating open-source information (media, social media, and unclassified government websites) to conduct incident analysis
  • Support day shift
  • Cover Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday 7:00 am-5:00 pm on a 4x10 schedule
