GSI/Advisory Solution Architect

Job Summary
Drive technical strategy and execution for joint initiatives with Global System Integrators and Advisory Partners, ensuring they are enabled to build and deliver high-quality outcomes using Idira technologies. Train partner architects and consultants on the Idira stack through workshops, certifications, and deep dives while serving as a trusted advisor for solution design, reference architectures, and proof of concepts. Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to align GTM strategies, influence the product roadmap based on partner feedback, and support pre-sales pursuits by removing technical blockers. Monitor technical success metrics, establish governance models, and act as a liaison for enhancement requests and training curriculum needs. This role supports the company's mission to protect digital infrastructure by fostering innovation and collaboration across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer facing field technical roles (e.g., solutions architect, solutions engineering, technical partner manager, pre-sales)
- Strong understanding of GSI/Advisory business models and enterprise architecture
- Strong understanding of Idira Solutions including PAM, Identity Security, Secrets Management and IGA technologies and architectures
- Deep technical knowledge in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, or infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface across business and engineering stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with co-innovation or joint GTM programs with GSI/Advisory Partners is highly desirable
- Business degree is a plus
