GSE Closing Analyst

Job Summary
Manage receipt and review of due diligence items, track rate locks, and prepare rate lock confirmations and C&D commitments for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac deals. Calculate interest-only payments, generate amortization schedules, and prepare escrow analyses for tax and insurance. Generate closing documents, prepare accounting and bank packages, and submit Kyriba entries for 1st level approval. Ensure Salesforce data accuracy, set up Servicing Deliverables folders within 48 hours of closing, and follow up with counsel on document deadlines. Track post-closing requests from GSEs and back up closing analysts on income notices and Freddie purchases. Work standard hours Tuesday through Thursday with remote options on Mondays and Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four (4) year college
- 1+ years of experience in the corporate workforce
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent judgment and dependability
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Outlook
- Ability to show ownership of your work
- Ability to take on challenges
- Ability to acknowledge growth opportunities
- Demonstrate patience when learning new processes
- Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders
- Attendance from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm local time, Tuesday through Thursday
- Option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays
