Job Summary
The GSC Steam/HRSG Value Stream Lean Leader executes Lean initiatives across the GSC Steam/HRSG Value Stream Plants, collaborating with various leaders to create and implement a Value Stream Lean Roadmap. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring site leaders, planning and executing Lean events, utilizing Lean tools to achieve KPIs, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while securing Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets. The role requires significant experience in Lean Manufacturing, project management skills, and a Lean mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in deployment of Lean in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading Lean deployment for multiple sites
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Six Sigma Green / Black belt certification or equivalent certification

- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
