Job Summary
Lead a team in supply chain and oversee manufacturing/warehouse operations, launch execution and scheduling, and material management. Develop new processes, standards, and lead analysis and issue resolution to support business strategies with direct impact on results. Establish bulk and small‐lot CMA processes, delivery routes, and plant‐level material flow; coordinate with 3rd party managers and sequencing suppliers; coordinate facility changes with plant engineering; represent Materials in design of changes; maintain departmental master plan and timelines; disseminate new model and change information; ensure internal controls compliance. May coordinate relocation benefits; onsite role based in Orion, MI with travel below 25%.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Supply chain, or related experience
- Strong analytical, computer presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Engages in daily interactions with subordinates and/or peers from other functional groups
- Carries out designated routine tasks, ensuring timely completion
- Familiarity with manufacturing and material handling process
- Understanding in supply chain material operations
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GMOS, MGO (preferred)
- Project management and launch execution experience
- Warehouse management systems experience
