Job Summary
Lead complex, high-value federal design and construction projects from planning through occupancy, managing scope, budget, schedule, and contractor performance; oversee on-site field operations, review design documents and submittals, ensure compliance with building codes and life-safety standards, provide technical expertise across building systems, coordinate with A/E firms and government stakeholders, lead project meetings, and travel to project sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- ten years of experience managing design and construction projects
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- ten years of experience in design and construction management
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- proficiency with project management principles, scheduling, cost estimating
