Respond to guest requests and coordinate with departments; identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms; post caution signs; deliver guest requests and set up furniture in guest rooms; remove items from hallways and transport debris, soiled linens, trash, and other items to service areas; clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment; follow safety and security policies, report hazards, complete safety training, and maintain professional appearance; communicate clearly with guests and colleagues; support the team to reach shared goals; assist guests, including individuals with disabilities; move and lift items up to 55 pounds alone or heavier items with assistance; maneuver housekeeping carts and equipment over varied surfaces; reach, bend, twist, and stoop; visually inspect tools and equipment; move through narrow or elevated spaces; stand or walk for extended periods; perform other duties as requested by Supervisors; Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
