Job Summary
Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to Accor hotel standards. Replenish guest amenities, minibar supplies, linens, and room essentials while ensuring exceptional presentation. Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously, reporting maintenance issues, lost & found items, and room status updates to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and brand standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role supports Accor's mission to provide meaningful employment and excellent working conditions within a warm, inclusive culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Housekeeping preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping operations is an advantage
