Job Summary
Head the Sea Logistics department for KN Global Services in Cebu, leading strategy execution, managing Sea Logistics P&L per transfer price guidelines, driving process standardization with GPO and regions, and identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and cost. Responsible for training and development, KPI reporting, documentation of SOPs/QSHE, coordinating with regional teams, promoting best practices, and facilitating automation. Travel approximately 10% to attend international meetings and workshops while ensuring robust stakeholder communication across employees, process owners, and management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 2-5 years of international work experience
- Preferably 2-5 years of project management experience
- 5-10 years of proven leadership experience
- Advantageous to have systems and automation exposure
- Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Proficient in KN system and Microsoft Office portfolio
- Preferably with high level of freight forwarding knowledge
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
