GS Finance Accounting Team Lead

Job Summary
Lead the Global Services Finance accounting team in Bangkok, overseeing daily accounting operations, closing, reconciliations, ensuring SOX/compliance, internal controls, and collaboration with auditors. Responsible for developing and retaining a high-performing team, managing performance, and providing SME/OKC liaison support. Drive global strategy, cross-functional alignment, and continuous process improvements within the GSF Accounting process area. Travel up to 10-20% and engagement with stakeholders across regions. Preferred: CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications; strong GAAP knowledge; ability to mentor, develop others, and lead through change. English proficiency and willingness to collaborate in a global environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years in Supervisory/1st Line Leader role in a Shared Service or BPO organization
- Experience managing 5+ headcount
- Experience in a Global Account to Report function of a multi-national company
- Experience in at least 1 migration of work
- Fluent in English
