Gruppenleiter Zoll/Import (m/w/d)

Coordinate and monitor all customs-relevant corporate processes, ensuring compliance with customs and tax regulations. Plan staff deployment for the import/customs processing area and accompany tax supervision measures and customs inspections. Monitor and optimize granted approvals (AEO F, etc.) while overseeing origin and preference applications. Classify goods in the customs tariff (TARIC) and issue rulings, then submit electronic import/export declarations via ATLAS & IAA+. Calculate prices considering customs value and duties, while managing customs controlling and instructions for internal teams and external service providers. Generate analyses and consult METRO companies and clients on all customs processing matters. Review all import and export documents and manage administrative tasks per leadership guidance. Requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, extensive import/customs experience, and leadership skills.
