Job Summary
Plan and coordinate staff for warehouse operations, including shift scheduling and workforce monitoring. Manage inventory levels, track key performance indicators, and communicate defined goals while supervising their achievement. Foster employee development through training programs and oversee the continuous improvement of work processes within the department. Serve as the primary contact for internal departments and external clients while ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, fire safety, environmental protection, and accident prevention protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene dreijährige Berufsausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt (m/w/d) im Bereich Logistik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit fundierten Kenntnissen in logistischen Prozessen und Führungsaufgaben
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
- Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise in den Modulen EWM
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld
