Job Summary
Lead an interdisciplinary team covering HVAC, EMSR, and building automation through disciplinary and operational management. Motivate staff via regular feedback sessions and coordinate capacity planning with project leaders to ensure efficient project execution and quality standards. Analyze key performance metrics to identify efficiency potentials while supporting budget planning and forecasts. Actively assist in new project acquisition and maintain existing client relationships. Provide support for complex technical and organizational challenges within small project teams. Requires higher technical education, multiple years of experience, strong German proficiency, and familiarity with Revit.
Required Qualifications
