Job Summary
Lead and steer customer projects from concept and layout through implementation, coordinating technical trades, schedules, quality, and costs. Act as the primary interface to customers, suppliers, project teams, and senior management while overseeing on-site installation, commissioning, and optimization. Develop team capabilities and advance organizational standards and processes. Manage technical, organizational, and economic aspects of plant construction projects using systematic, structured, and solution-oriented approaches. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and utilize digital planning and project tools. Requires a technical vocational training in mechanical, metal, or electrical engineering, with a preference for a diploma or bachelor's degree in machine technology or industrial engineering. Fluency in German and English (C1) is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Technische Ausbildung (EFZ) im Maschinenbau, der Metall- oder Elektroindustrie
- Weiterbildung als Dipl. Techniker/in HF, Bachelor FH in Maschinentechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Vergleichbarem
- systematische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- sichere und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation mit Fachplanern, Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern
- erfolgreiche Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams
- routinierte Nutzung von MS Office sowie digitalen Planungs- und Projekttools
- Deutsch und Englisch auf Niveau C1
- Leiten und Steuern von Kundenprojekten vom Konzept und Layout bis zur Umsetzung
- Koordinieren technischer Gewerke, Termine, Qualität und Kosten
- Begleitung der Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung vor Ort beim Kunden
- Mitverantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung von Standards und Prozessen
- Aktive Beteiligung an der erfolgreichen Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
- Wachstum in eine Management Position
