Job Summary
Lead a diverse Safety team in Malmö with responsibility for staffing, quality, and competency development while reporting to the Service Area Manager. Combine operational project leadership as a project manager or specialist with managing personnel and results across brand design, risk management, and industrial safety domains. Work closely with the leadership group and colleagues nationwide to drive sustainable societal transitions. Requires relevant engineering degree, minimum five years of experience, and B-license for travel.
Required Qualifications
- Academic education in Fire Engineering (Brandingjörsutbildning), Civil Engineering (Civilingenjörsutbildning) or equivalent knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of the laws and standards applicable to the area of operation
- B driving license
- Ability to travel around Sweden and outside Sweden as part of the job

- Experience with fire project design and fire protection with the ability to act as a senior advisor in complex projects
- Experience with coordination within risk management in infrastructure projects
