Job Summary
Undervisa enligt vår modell för elever som inte fullgjort grundskoleutbildningen och genomför mentorskap för ca 15–20 elever. Kartlägg studieresultat, stödbehov och anpassningar med nära samarbete med specialpedagog och socialpedagog. Arbeta systematiskt och förebyggande med frågor som dyker upp i löpande verksamhet samt kommunicera med vårdnadshavare och externa myndigheter. Tillsvidare anställning på 100% med tillträde enligt övriga villkor.

- Experience working with students with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders)
- Experience mentoring 15-20 students
- Experience working with students who have not completed their basic education

- Ability to work with a well-functioning team with a relational and salutogenic approach
- Ability to map students' study situation, support needs, and adaptations
- Close collaboration with special education
- Close collaboration with social pedagogy
