Job Summary
Define and spec automation workflows for paid growth, from creative fatigue detection to budget reallocation and audience signal processing. Work directly with the build team to translate workflow specs into working agent automations, then QA outputs, identify system shortfalls, and define corrections. Refine creative and copy variants generated by the AI layer, apply domain judgment before data confirmation, and define knowledge base inputs for rules and guardrails. Monitor workflow performance continuously to improve the system, which compounds with your input rather than running itself. Extend systems thinking to other growth levers like CRO, incentives, and referrals as the engine expands.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in performance or paid growth
- Experience running campaigns at scale across major paid channels
- Deep understanding of paid growth mechanics
- Systems thinking
- Ability to map a growth workflow as a series of triggers, decisions, actions, and measurements
- Thinking in logic rather than just tactics
- Comfort with data
- Ability to read a performance dashboard
- Ability to interpret signal from noise
- Ability to define what an agent should optimize for
- Strong written communication
- High agency
- Ability to define the work without waiting for it to be defined
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle messaging systems
