Job Summary
Build and maintain the organic growth automation pipeline, ingesting keyword and visibility signals to generate content briefs and automate CMS deployment. Translate SEO and AEO strategy into workflow specs for the build team, while monitoring LLM visibility across priority topics and markets to trigger automated alerts and responses. Automate content brief generation by pulling competitive gaps and search data, then QA AI content outputs for accuracy and brand alignment before deployment. Define knowledge base inputs for organic growth agents, codifying content rules and market-specific requirements. Extend systems thinking to other growth levers as the engine scales, including CRO content, onboarding copy, and geo-localized workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in SEO with strong technical understanding
- understanding of how crawling, indexing, and ranking work
- thinking about content as a system
- Familiarity with AEO and LLM visibility concepts
- understanding of how AI answer engines work
- understanding of what it takes to appear in AI answer engines
- CMS and content pipeline experience
- comfortable working with content management systems
