Growth Strategy Senior Analyst (Madrid based)

Job Summary
Lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. Independently manage your own pipeline of projects, designing end-to-end solutions and establishing new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills. Create, develop, and manage new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth while collaborating across departments to enhance overall company performance. Define and execute plans that define the future of the entertainment industry, working with people and projects across different markets to develop new experiences in a big international atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in a business analytics role
- A high level of English
- Spanish
- Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms
- Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases

- Understanding any coding language (SQL, R, Python...)
