Job Summary
Growth Strategy Manager focused on Brand Partnerships across markets, driving data-driven growth strategies, market sizing, revenue and pricing analysis, and identifying high-impact partnership opportunities. Responsible for structuring compelling, insight-driven cases for sponsorships, custom event activations, and media buys; defining growth metrics, optimizing operations, and enabling scalable partnership growth across Fever’s global organization. Collaboration spans diverse markets, partners, and internal teams to accelerate growth in a fast-moving environment. Proficiency with data and technology to inform decisions, plus ability to communicate complex concepts to senior clients.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM)
- 5+ years in analytical and business strategy roles
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus
