Job Summary
Growth Strategy Manager to lead Fever’s expansion across markets, owning the growth roadmap and partner portfolio. You’ll work at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development to drive projects and partnerships that move key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI). Responsibilities include defining business plans for expansion areas and partners, acting as a lead advisor to strategic partners, turning data into actionable business cases, and ensuring lean, scalable operations across diverse markets. The role requires coordinating with regional GMs, leveraging Fever’s data and technology, and delivering growth opportunities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Must have 4-5 years in analytical roles, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong data-driven storytelling, SQL/Python/R skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Willing to relocate to Buenos Aires. Hybrid work setup with a central Buenos Aires office is noted, and the role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and global stakeholder management across markets including Canada and APAC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy
- 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role with experience in strategy consulting, fast growing startups, or investment banking
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth
- Analytical skills to leverage data and craft narratives for senior stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across cultures
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R (preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires
