Job Summary
Grow Fever’s expansion across the Brazil region by owning the growth roadmap and defining how to build the partner portfolio. Lead projects at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development to drive scalable growth, product prioritization, and localized revenue optimization. Act as a lead advisor to strategic partners, translate complex data into actionable business cases, and assume accountability for key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI). Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to sustain rapid growth across diverse markets, while collaborating with country and regional general managers to address local marketing and technology needs. Requires 4-5 years in an analytical role, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Math/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy, fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Willing to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a hybrid work setup and a central Buenos Aires office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy
- 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role with experience in strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable growth
- Ability to leverage data and craft narratives for senior stakeholders
- Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Willing to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina
