Job Summary
Growth Strategy Analyst/Sr Analyst, Partnerships role focuses on leading cross-functional growth initiatives at Charlie Health. Responsibilities include conducting research on high-potential new markets and clinical products, developing go-to-market and financial/operational analyses to support strategic decisions, building processes to improve operational efficiency, coordinating with Commercial Strategy, Care Strategy, Compliance, Finance and Outreach to develop and execute market-growth initiatives, leading cross-functional initiatives by liaising with internal/external stakeholders, performing in-depth analyses of key business metrics to drive data-driven decisions, monitoring industry trends, and preparing findings and recommendations for Growth Strategy leadership. Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of relevant experience (consulting/investment banking a plus), strong written/spoken communication and relationship-building, proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with financial modeling/forecasting/analysis, and experience with SQL, Hex, and/or Tableau; located within a 45-minute NYC commute and able to work 4 days per week in the NYC office; hybrid work arrangement is indicated by the role. The compensation overview notes a base between $75,000-$100,000 with total cash compensation (base plus bonus) between $82,000-$110,000 per year, and includes potential stock options and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience; consulting, investment banking or investing experience a plus
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills – High EQ
- Microsoft Office proficiency—Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Professional experience with Financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
- Experience with SQL, Hex, and/or Tableau is a plus
- Located within a 45-minute commute of New York City and able to work 4 days per week in our NYC office
