Job Summary
Own performance reporting and KPI infrastructure for the Outreach organization, including monthly goal tracking, quarterly scorecards, and biannual KPI reviews delivered to leadership. Execute compensation plan workflows across Outreach roles — including quarterly bonus calculations — ensuring incentive structures are well-designed, payouts are accurate, and bonus mechanics are clearly understood across the org. Build and maintain performance trackers, dashboards, and reporting materials that give leadership reliable, real-time visibility into how the sales org is performing against goals. Support the deployment of org-wide goals by ensuring tracking infrastructure is in place from day one, and performance against targets is visible to the right stakeholders. Partner with Growth Strategy leadership on performance reform initiatives, compensation plan redesign, and strategic analytics that drive accountability and continuous improvement across the sales organization. Conduct ad hoc analyses and modeling — including Snowflake-based data pulls — to support compensation plan design, performance diagnostics, and leadership decision-making. Continuously improve performance management and compensation workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing more scalable, repeatable solutions. Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and updates to Growth Strategy leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years of full-time work experience; relevant full-time or internship experience in a start-up, consulting, private equity, or investment banking setting strongly preferred
