Job Summary
Growth Strategist Lead who acts as the team’s experimentation engine to identify and scale the next pipeline source across paid, SEO, AEO, partner-driven distribution, or new channels. Responsibilities include designing and owning an experimentation program with a hypothesis, measurement plan, and logged results; deciding which opportunities to pursue across channels and formats; building AI-enabled demand infrastructure; owning the numbers and deciding when a test is dead; and writing a repeatable playbook that scales successful demand motions across the team. Must be able to operate with high agency, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity; strong technical and analytical skills; and a bias to action. Ideal candidate enjoys fast iteration, data-informed decision-making, and building scalable growth systems for a software/fintech context.
