Job Summary
Growth Strategist for Commercial Banking focused on developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies for Treasury Management and Payments solutions within the Commercial and Corporate Bank. Responsible for shaping go-to-market plans, translating complex banking offerings into client-focused value propositions, leading cross-functional marketing initiatives (digital, ABM, email, events, paid/owned/media), and collaborating with Sales and Product to drive pipeline growth, onboarding, and long-term client success. Requires senior-level experience with B2B financial services marketing, strong data-driven and storytelling skills, and the ability to manage budgets, governance, and regulatory considerations. Hybrid work arrangement with 4 days in-office across specified US locations and 1 day remote.
Required Qualifications
