Job Summary
Growth Specialist Switzerland (m/f/d) focuses on expanding access to Cochlear’s hearing implant solutions in Switzerland by building partnerships with audiologists and clinics, generating leads, guiding candidates through the patient journey with clear, empathetic communication, coordinating local clinic initiatives and events, and executing local marketing activities in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams. The role involves candidate engagement and support, CRM data management, tracking KPIs, and ensuring compliance while traveling within Switzerland as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field (optimal University degree)
- 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Empathy in interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent follow-up and time management
- Languages: German (Fluent), English (Good working proficiency), French (Basic knowledge)
