Job Summary
Growth Specialist (Performance Marketing) at Credible Israel-based paid marketing team. Initially owning SEM campaigns in Google Ads across financial verticals, with potential to expand into remarketing and paid social. Responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management, negative keyword hygiene, match type strategy, landing page alignment, and performance reporting. Requires 3+ years in paid media management (Google Ads), experience managing around $500K/month in Google Ads, familiarity with Smart Bidding and Quality Score levers, and willingness to expand into multi-channel performance marketing. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Collaboration with US-based team and growth into broader channels over FY27. Nice-to-have: Meta/Facebook Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Performance Max, experience with international clients remotely, and finance/ lending background.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on paid media management (Google Ads)
- Experience managing $500K/month in Google Ads
- Channel awareness with exposure to paid social or display
- Solid understanding of Smart Bidding, keyword match types, Quality Score levers
- Data fluency with Google Sheets and pivot tables
- Ability to summarize performance in weekly updates
- Bachelor's degree preferred
