Job Summary
Growth Specialist for Paid Search at Lennar will manage pay-per-click campaigns across major search engines, optimize campaigns via keywords, Display/Discovery, and landing pages, and drive KPIs. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end ad ops workflows, coordinating with divisions nationwide, developing landing pages, implementing ad changes, supporting best practices and reporting using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Tableau, and presenting strategic findings to improve KPIs. The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent, 1+ year of digital marketing experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and the ability to work in-person at company sites. The candidate will collaborate with the growth team, support A/B testing, and manage customer engagement across platforms. Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent relevant experience required
- 1+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on opportunity and risk
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in-person at company communities/job sites and offices
