Growth Specialist

Growth Specialist to execute high-impact campaigns and initiatives across marketing, product, sales, and operations. You will own outcomes, move quickly, ship experiments, analyze data, and drive scalable growth for AnyVan’s expansion with a commercial, founder-like mindset. Responsibilities include launching localized acquisition campaigns, building repeatable growth playbooks, collaborating across teams to remove blockers, and using AI tools to accelerate execution while focusing on hard outcomes like user growth, conversion, CAC efficiency, and revenue. Required experience: 3+ years in growth, performance marketing, BizOps, or consulting; a broad, analytical, fast-moving operator who can own projects end-to-end and work across a modern, AI-enabled growth environment.
