Job Summary
Develop and scale new acquisition channels while optimizing performance and processes. Support product development through market research, customer insights, and defining positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. Identify product growth opportunities and business cases by analyzing data and market trends. Drive cross-functional execution and present performance updates and recommendations to senior management. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in growth, strategy, or business development with strong analytical and project management skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Business Development, Product Management, Consulting, Project Management, or related functions
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from ideation through execution and scaling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience conducting market research, business case development, and opportunity sizing
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior management
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building new initiatives from scratch
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
