Job Summary
Growth Sales Executive with Spanish - AI Platform drives inbound/outbound new business, identifies and engages potential clients, conducts needs analysis, and leads the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Responsibilities include building a robust sales pipeline, maintaining CRM activity, collaborating with onboarding and customer success teams, and upselling/cross-selling solutions. Requires strong digital marketing knowledge, consultative selling skills, and effective communication with clients and C-level executives; based in Barcelona with relocation package support.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem)
- Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction
- Self-prospecting capabilities
- Revenue/target-driven mindset
- Experience managing or using databases
- Language Skills: C1 level of Spanish and B2 level of English
