Job Summary
Drive conversion for inbound and outbound new business acquisition for an AI platform. Identify and engage potential clients, generate opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover, and upsell/cross-sell solutions. Maintain CRM activity, pursue revenue targets, and communicate with C-level stakeholders. Requires strong Italian language skills, English proficiency, and solid digital marketing knowledge with experience in B2B sales, Salesforce/CRM usage, and proactive prospecting in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
- C1 level of Italian and B2 level of English
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem)
- Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Self-prospecting capabilities
- Revenue/target-driven mindset
- Experience managing or using databases
