Growth Sales Executive with German leads inbound/outbound new business acquisition for an AI platform. Responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new clients, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintaining CRM activity, collaborating with onboarding and customer success, and upselling/cross-selling solutions. Requires German (C1) and English (B2), deep digital marketing knowledge, consultative selling, and experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and CRM usage. Based in Barcelona; relocation package available.
Required Qualifications
- German language (C1) and English (B2)
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem)
- Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
- B2B sales or business development experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication with C-level
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Outbound sales and cold calling experience
- Self-prospecting capabilities
- Revenue/target-driven mindset
- Database management experience
