Job Summary
Growth Sales Executive responsible for driving inbound and outbound new business acquisition for an AI platform. Identify and engage potential clients, generate new business opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Requires C1 French and B2 English, strong digital marketing knowledge, pre-sales/lead qualification experience, and a track record in B2B sales or business development. Must be able to work independently in Barcelona, manage CRM (Salesforce), and collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams. Relocation package is offered. Knowledge of AI advertising solutions, consultative selling, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
- Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Self-prospecting capabilities
- Revenue/target-driven mindset
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem)
- Language Skills: C1 level of French and B2 level of English
