Job Summary
Growth-focused Sales Executive role responsible for driving inbound/outbound new business, prospecting and building a robust sales pipeline, conducting needs analyses, tailoring AI advertising solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role requires English at a high level (C1), strong digital marketing knowledge, consultative selling skills, experience with CRMs (Salesforce) and outbound sales, and the ability to engage with senior-level clients. The candidate will collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to achieving revenue and activity targets. The position is based in Barcelona with relocation package support and exposure to cutting-edge AI advertising solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Language Skills: English at C1 level
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem)
- Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Self-prospecting capabilities
- Revenue/target-driven mindset
- Experience managing or using databases
