Job Summary
Growth Sales Executive to drive inbound and outbound new business acquisition for an AI platform. Identify, engage, and close new clients with a consultative sales approach; manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build a robust pipeline, and maintain CRM activity. Must have strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem), be revenue-driven, and capable of interacting with C-level executives. On-site role in Downtown Toronto with hybrid training components and opportunities to upsell additional AI advertising solutions. Includes onboarding, collaboration with internal teams, and a comprehensive compensation package with incentives.
Required Qualifications
- College Diploma / Degree
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Outbound sales and cold calling experience
- B2B sales or business development experience
