Job Summary
Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift and act as manager on duty to open and close the restaurant. Manage cash handling, enforce policies, and direct crewmembers while providing exemplary customer service. Execute shift meetings, utilize logs for documentation, and authorize employee functions requiring approval. Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure the restaurant remains in good working order. This role requires 1+ years of restaurant management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full-time employment includes weekly pay, paid time off, and 8 paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
