Job Summary
Build the marketing layer across the Growth roadmap covering acquisition, access, activation, and monetization. Translate product hypotheses into audience insights, positioning, messaging, launch briefs, lifecycle journeys, and performance creative. Maintain an integrated plan connecting the Growth product roadmap to the consumer product marketing calendar across lifecycle, performance, social, creators, partnerships, and brand moments. Serve as the subject matter expert across all Growth levers, advising teams on integrating Growth into their initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to design and interrogate the user journey to align external promises with in-product experiences. Create audience and market playbooks for new users, high-value, or at-risk cohorts. Turn campaign, lifecycle, research, and product data into clear readouts that improve marketing execution and future product prioritization. Use AI-enabled workflows to increase research, synthesis, briefing, and iteration speed while maintaining judgment, quality, and user trust.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, consumer marketing, or a related role
- Evidence that you can turn customer or market insight into clear positioning, messaging, and practical execution
- Experience supporting a launch, onboarding journey, lifecycle program, conversion initiative, or growth experiment and learning from the results
- Comfort working with funnels, cohorts, experiments, and metrics—and knowing when the data does not prove causality
- Strong cross-functional execution skills and the ability to keep owners, decisions, dependencies, and next steps clear
- Clear, concise writing and the judgment to adapt one strategic narrative across product surfaces and marketing channels
- A hands-on operating style: you can structure an ambiguous problem, produce the work, and ask for help at the right moments
