Job Summary

Growth Product Manager for PlayValley: bridge between creative prototypes and UA execution in a casual gaming portfolio. Responsibilities include setting up tracking and data pipelines for early market validation, analyzing funnel leaks and cohort performance, building reporting that links ad creatives to in-game milestones and player engagement, and guiding distribution and product teams to optimize growth. You will influence UA campaigns, audiences, channels, and even in-game features to drive profitable growth, develop robust experimentation frameworks, advise Marketing on test design, and analyze results from diverse experiments. Candidates should be data-driven, capable of optimizing growth funnels for profitability, understanding advertising algorithms, and translating large datasets into actionable recommendations. Experience in mobile gaming analytics, SQL/BigQuery, and tools like Firebase, Tableau, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, AppLovin, and Singular is required. A track record of soft-launch data work and market validation for casual titles, plus strong knowledge of CPM/CPI variations and retention benchmarking, is highly valued. This role offers an indefinite contract with Outfit7, flexible working hours, and potential remote work based on location preferences.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile gaming analytics or growth
  • advanced skills in SQL and querying BigQuery independently
  • experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Firebase, Tableau, Looker Studio, and advertising dashboards like Meta and AppLovin
  • deep experience with MMPs, particularly Singular
  • proven track record in running the data side of soft launches or market validation tests for casual games
  • familiar with UA execution, including Meta Ads Manager and other advertising tools
  • understanding of ROAS optimization and targeted campaigns
  • strong auction and market intelligence, CPM/CPI variations across regions and genres
  • ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • strong communication of complex findings to leadership
  • ability to structure analyses into coherent frameworks
