Job Summary
Growth Product Manager, Marketing Technology responsible for owning Poshmark's CEP and CDP, including channel orchestration across email, push, in-app, and SMS. You’ll define audience segmentation, lead personalized, ML-powered delivery timing, and establish standards for campaign testing and quality. Own the data infrastructure roadmap, linking the Redshift warehouse to engagement tools, and partner with data engineers to ensure accurate, refreshable, auditable audiences. Manage lifecycle messaging across email, push, and promotional channels, designing CRM-driven programs in collaboration with merchandising and seller teams. Expect hands-on work with AI-assisted development tools to prototype and ship features. We’re seeking 4+ years in PM or growth engineering on a martech stack, with practical experience in a customer engagement platform and CDP concepts, plus SQL proficiency and strong collaboration with engineering, data science, and marketing ops. Nice-to-haves include experience in consumer marketplaces with buyer/seller communications, email deliverability, AI-driven personalization, and integration of a composable CDP with downstream platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a product management or growth engineering role with direct ownership of a martech stack
- Hands-on experience with a customer engagement platform (MoEngage, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar) at a product or implementation level
- Working knowledge of CDPs: data ingestion, identity resolution, audience construction, and downstream activation
- SQL fluency and ability to work with data engineers on pipeline and model design
- Experience running structured experiments across owned channels (A/B testing, attribution, lift measurement)
- Ability to communicate decisions and tradeoffs to senior leadership
