Job Summary
Growth & Monetization-focused Product Designer for Dressly, responsible for the end-to-end design cycle to influence LTV via onboarding, retention, in-app discovery, upsell scenarios, cancel & win-back flows, and in-app monetization. Collaborates closely with Product Manager and Growth teams, defines hypotheses, runs A/B tests, and rapidly prototypes and tests solutions. Requirements include 5+ years in Product Design for consumer mobile apps, a growth/monetization portfolio, expert Figma skills, ability to interpret metrics (CR, LTV, churn) and product analytics, and self-directed end-to-end delivery. Bonus points for AI product experience, fashion/lifestyle context, UX research, building or evolving design systems, and AI-driven design automation. English at Upper Intermediate+, with a culture that supports professional growth and impact.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design with a focus on consumer mobile apps
- Portfolio with Growth/Monetization case studies (paywall, onboarding, upsell, retention, win-back)
- Expert level in Figma and Figma Make (auto-layout, components, rapid prototyping)
- Understanding of product metrics (CR, LTV, churn) and ability to read product analytics and data from A/B tests
- Ability to own tasks from problem framing to research, solution finding, and release without micromanagement
- Willingness to use AI tools in workflow and interest in automation
- Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency
