Job Summary
Manage international client engagement by identifying high-value companies, prioritizing time, and transforming conversations from content and events into closed business opportunities. Own the commercial side of the podcast and Quality Forge by building genuine relationships through thoughtful follow-up rather than automated outreach, while engaging guests and supporting conference planning. Collaborate with marketing to turn interactions into revenue, track the pipeline, and refine strategies to maximize sales potential on a global stage. Work flexible hours from the Riga office, with opportunities for business trips and team building activities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- ideally within IT or professional services
- understand how to identify and engage podcast and event guests
- supporting the planning and execution of events and conferences
- organized
- proactive
- results-oriented
- comfortable juggling multiple relationships
- tracking pipeline
- refining what works
- natural relationship-builder
- happy to travel to meet guests in person when it counts
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- fluent in English
- can work from our Riga office
