Job Summary
Growth Partnerships Executive to manage day-to-day partner relationships and run sponsorship activations end-to-end within Lendable’s growing fintech marketing function. You’ll own partner relationships, coordinate across creative, growth, lifecycle and legal, manage budgets and timelines, and track performance against CAC, LTV and ROI. The role supports a major marketing build including activations, sponsorships and partnerships, with an emphasis on commercial impact, AI-assisted research and reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to scale the partnership program in a fast-growing UK fintech environment. Hybrid work with London office presence and remote opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years in partnerships, sponsorships, BD or growth roles for a consumer brand
- track record of running activations end-to-end
- strong account / relationship management skills
- comfortable with data, channel economics, attribution and ROI
- highly organised and detail-oriented, able to run multiple activations in parallel
- strong commercial communicator, able to engage with senior partners
- demonstrable use of AI in workflow
